The residence of Sen. Kabiru Gaya, in Gaya Local Government area of Kano State was set ablaze on Wednesday.

youths who were protesting the alleged failure of Senator Kabiru to fulfil the promises he made to them during the electioneering campaigns in 2015. The incident occurred around 11 am on Wednesday.
Huhuonline. Com gathered that the angry youths went to Alhaji Abdullahi Mahmoud who is a Representative member from the area, and set ablaze his campaign office and poultry farm.
Huhuonline.com also gathered that security agents had initially dispersed the protesting youths, who later regrouped and burnt the senator’s house before heading to the campaign office and poultry farm of the House of Representatives member.
The thugs had also attempted to burn the residence of the Chairman, Gaya local government. But police officers were deployed to contain the situation.
