Embattled former National Security Adviser, Colonel Sambo Dasuki has been granted bail by the Federal High Court, Abuja in the sum of N250 million.
As part of the terms for setting the bail, Dasuki was also required to provide a surety who owns a landed property in the Federal Capital Territory worth 250 million Naira.
The court also prescribed that the surety must not be below the rank of a Director in the Civil Service and must also swear to an affidavit of means in addition to depositing his international passport with the court.
The court also ordered that Dasuki must inform it whenever he needs to travel out of the FCT.
