Huhonline.com understands that Senator Ademola Nurudeen Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party has defeated the incumbent Gov. Adegboyega Isiaka Oyetola to emerge winner of the Osun governorship election.
According to INEC, Adeleke won 17 of the 30 Local Government Areas, with the incumbent governor winning the remaining 13 LGAs.
In total, Adeleke polled 403,371 votes to defeat Oyetola, who polled 375, 027 votes.
