The Senate on Tuesday confirmed the nomination of 43 ministerial nominees, a week after the names were submitted to the upper legislative chambers by President Muhammadu Buhari. After the Red Chamber screened the last three nominees at the Committee of the Whole, Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, subjected the names of the ministerial nominees to a voice vote and was unanimously carried.
