The fact Dumebi Kachikwu is a career criminal is no longer news,as far back as 2009; the USDOJ described him as a co- conspirator of William Jefferson, disgraced US Congress man who is currently serving a 13 years jail term for using his office to try to enrich himself and relatives through a web of bribes and payoffs involving business ventures in Africa.
What is news is that his erudite, polygamist elder brother and incumbent minister of state for Petroleum, Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu, is equally as corrupt.
