Barely 24 hours to the end of the current administration, low morale and fear of losing it all has become the order of the day within Jonathan’s camp.Speaking during the valedictory meeting of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) in Abuja, President Jonathan urged those calling for his probe to ensure it goes beyond his administration.
“Restricting the probe to his administration, he said, will amount to witch hunting,” he said.
He added that his administration has done its best for Nigeria and that his cabinet will be dissolved at the end of all official functions on Thursday May 27, 2015. However, Huhuonline.com gathered that since his defeat at the polls, the outgoing President has been canvassing that his ministers, particularly, Dieziani Alison-Madueke, the oil minister should not be probed.
Huhuonline.com findings reveal that President Jonathan had covertly appealed to Mohammadu Buhari not to probe his administration, through some of his former associates (names withheld) who have since switched allegiance to the President-elect.
A source who did not want his name in print, said: “Oga (GEJ) want Buhari to move forward and not look into the past like he did when assumed power. But “GMBl” is opposed to it.”
To this end, last weekend, Alison Madueke, attempted to take the bull by the horn and fraternize with the President–elect in a five hours flight to London, but her desperate effort, to secure a soft landing, which made headlines in the news, failed woefully.
As huhuonline.com previously reported, in her search for a soft landing, the outgoing Minister of Petroleum is on the tail of the President-elect.Sources familiar with her itinerary, said: “She has become a stalker of sort.”
Huhuonline.com gathered that Allison-Maduke, is afraid of being probed, thus she is ready to engage all and sundry, who she think has access to Buhari to help secure her a soft landing. She is also alleged to have returned some looted monies to the treasury, through President Goodluck Jonathan.
Her latest adventure began late Thursday, upon learning that Buhari was travelling to London, she hurriedly brought forward her first class ticket so she could get a one-on-one audience with the President elect, during their five hours flight from Abuja to London.
Sources at the airline informed our correspondent that Allison-Madueke, who was detained momentarily at Heathrow Airport during her last visit to London, was scheduled to travel next week Tuesday, but called late on Thursday to change her travel date. She insisted on being seated next to or very close to the President elect. The airline sources said.
Huhuonline.com checks revealed that the embattled Petroleum Minister sat on seat number 3k directly behind the President -elect, who sat on seat number 2k.However, the duo did not engage in any lengthy discussion, they just exchanged pleasantries during boarding and disembarking. The oil minister did attempt to engage the President-elect during the five hours flight, but her gestures were not reciprocated.
It is surprising that the oil minister would resolve to such a show of shame, after all her husband; Admiral Alison Madueke served as governor under General Buhari in 1983 and must have access to him.
But our investigation revealed that currently, there is trouble in Alison Madueke’s household.
Dieziani whom the Admiral married in 1999, after the death of his first wife, jettisoned her marital vows as soon she was made a minister.
In the words of an insider “she has been playing away matches.”
Don’t you wonder why she would run to London, rather than to her husband, whose former principal is the President-elect?
Our investigation reveals that her family, particularly her husband, Admiral Alison Madueke is in the dark as regards the colossal fraud she perpetrated while in office. Not too long ago, her husband sought for a million dollars business loan to no avail. While Dieziani had over $750m cash in her bedroom in Abuja.
Dieziani Allison Madueke arrived London last Friday and met with her business proxies, Benedict Peters aka “Benny Peters” of Aiteo Group and Kola Aluko of Atlantic Energy. Penultimate year, Kola Aluko purchased a mansion in the highbrow “Hyde Park” area in London, on behalf of Mrs. Alison Madueke. Our source added.
Huhuonline.com checks reveals that it’s common practice among government officials to purchase properties using proxies. They do this to avoid been found in the case of a probe. During Obasanjo`s tenure, Andy Uba, now Senator Andy Uba purchased several properties in London using Ita Giwa as proxy.
