Soft rock artiste, Pascal Ejikeme popularly known as  Etcetera, formerly on X3M music label, has condemned the tragic Monday bomb blast in Nyanya motor park, Abuja, blaming entertainment celebrities for not performing the peace advocacy functions expected of them.

He charged the celebrities to seize every opportunity they get to meet Nigerian leaders and politicians, to tell them about the sufferings of the masses.

“For God’s sake, can somebody please call D’banj, Don Jazzy, Onyeka Onwenu, Duncan Mighty, Stephanie Okereke, Genevieve Nnaji, Funke Akindele, Omotola, Rita Dominic, Aki and Pawpaw, Sammy Okposo, Sunny Neji, Maleke, Okey Bakassi, Jay Jay Okocha, Kanu Nwankwo, Daddy Showkey, Richard Mofe Damijo, Kwam 1 and other entertainers that have at one time or the other been seen dining with politicians to please tell them that there has been a bomb blast in Nyanya”, he asked.

He advised them to show the leaders and politicians the pictures of the bomb blast and its aftermath.

“Can you include pictures of the mutilated bodies?” He charged. “Please don’t forget to tell them that most of the dead might have been lovers of your music and movies and cheered at every concert and football matches you play both at club and national team level.
