President Goodluck Eblele Jonathan, Thursday,approved the appointments of three Assistant Secretaries and 492 delegates to the National Conference.

According to a press statement issued by Sen. Anyim Pius Anyim,Secretary to the Government of the Federation, the Assistant Secretaries, who are  to serve in the National Conference Secretariat are Dr. Akilu Ndabawa (Assistant Secretary, Conference Proceedings), Prof Mahmood Yakubu (Assistant Secretary, Finance and Administration) and  Mr. James Akpandem (Assistant Secretary, Media and Communications).

 “The National Conference shall be inaugurated on Monday 17th March, 2014 at the National Judicial Institute, Abuja at 11:00 am. All delegates are expected to attend the inauguration.”  Ayim said.

The 492 delegates, which are classified into six different groups are listed below:
