This (Anti People Cabal) called APC is simply a flash in the pan. When the chips are down and the tough gets going, there will be unprecedented rancour in their rank and file. I can assure my readers that the euphoria in this APC will soon be over and the bitter truth will stare them in the face.
One thing is certain about this APC; they act on emotions like King Herod. They are so overjoyed since the defection of the five and over ambitions former PDP rebel governors. Very soon they will know the truth.
This Anti People Cabal called APC is full with over ambitious and corrupt politicians. It is clear that power at the centre at all cost is their mission. That is actually their ideology. They have nothing to offer Nigerians apart from their overt support for Boko Haram.
That is why for the sake of seeking power at the centre Major General Mohammadu Buhari is ready to work together with Bola Tinubu.
But that is not the issue. The issue is that this APC may be tempted to present a ‘Northerner’ as their Presidential candidate in 2015.
This will confirm the suspension that it is simply the clamour of power to the North by all means.
The North has been in power for 39 years out of 53yrs. Yet the North has the highest illiteracy rate. It is ravaged by cholera, polio, and meningitis every year.
It took the bold and honest intervention by President Goodluck Jonathan to establish the Almajiri Schools for the Northerners. He established more universities in the North than all former leaders put together. Apart from General Gowon who established the universities in Sokoto, Maiduguri, Jos, Ilorin and Kano in February 1975.
The Northern elite like Major General Mohammadu Buhari, Professor Ango Abdullahi, Adamu Ciroma, Junaid Mohammed, Rabiu Kwankwaso believe in mass illiteracy of the Northern people so that they can perpetually enslave them and use them at ease during violence as we can see with Boko Haram and during the 2011 post election violence.
Definitely you will never see the children of Nasir El-Rufai or Mohammadu Buhari attending the almajiri night school and begging on the street of Kano or Kaduna.
You will surely never see the children of Mua zu Babangida Aliyu or Musa Kwankwaso attending the Almajiri School to become an “Alarama”.
The poor Northern masses have been so brain washed that it will take the special Grace of God to free them from this bondage of the almajiri menace.
With the defection of saboteurs and fifth columnists from the PDP, the coast is clear for Dr Goodluck Jonathan to clinch the PDP ticket for the 2015 election.
We want to still affirm that in a free and fair election in 2015, Dr Goodluck Jonathan will win squarely far better than in 2011.
Fortunately for him, even enemy papers like Sunday Trust of 12th January 2015, acknowledged his achievements in the Railways, dredging of River Niger, rehabilitation of roads and the establishment of the almajiri schools and universities in the North.
Despite the detraction by Boko Haram insurgence which was deliberately created by the Northern elite spearhead by General Buhari, Atiku Abubukar, Musa Kwankwaso, Murtala Nyako, Ango Abdullahi and Adamu Ciroma, Dr Jonathan administraton has performed very well in all facets of national development.
Based on his performance this past two years, he deserves and will surely get our votes again next year.
As for this APC, the rancour that will envelope them when it comes to power sharing will be unprecedented.
This APC actually is just a flash in the pan!
