President Goodluck Jonathan, Thursday, approved the reconstituted Boards of Directors for the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety (NIMASA), and the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Chief Tony Anenih was reappointed as the chairman of the board for NPA.While NIMASA and CAC boards will be chaired by Lt. Col Agbu Kefas (Rtd) and Mr. Funsho Lawal-Chairman respectively.
Announcing the list of board members, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, in a signed statement, said, a date for the formal inauguration would be announced later.
